Exploring pathways into cultural heritage.

The Museum Futures Summit reflected on ten years of Heritage Fund programming to increase representation and accessibility across the cultural heritage workforce.

Following my evaluation of the Creative Producers programme at Somerset House, I was invited to contribute to the summit as a speaker, sharing insights on inclusive workforce development and creative leadership pathways.

The event brought together over 20 organisations and 38 speakers, celebrating the impact of training programmes that have opened up new routes into the cultural and heritage sectors.
