Wall Writers

Graffiti in its innocence.

Wall Writers is a documentary exploring graffiti’s emergence during the social and political turbulence of the late 1960s and early 1970s. Featuring exclusive interviews with pioneers including CORNBREAD, TAKI 183, and LSD OM, the film captures graffiti’s roots as a form of youth expression and resistance.

Alongside national screenings, I facilitated workshops and panel discussions with artists, policymakers, and youth advocates, using the film as a platform for cultural dialogue on art, politics, and social change.

The project amplified the voices of graffiti’s originators and illuminated the artform’s enduring influence on visual culture and identity.
